Can I have a quote over the phone or email?

Unfortunately we cannot give out quotes over the phone or via email. We can give rough guide prices for our various products but for a quote an appointment at your property or a visit to our Harborne showroom would be required.

How long does it take to receive a quote after our appointment?

We aim to send all quotes out within five working days, although for busier periods this time can unfortunately extend.

Do you assist with planning applications?

We will complete planning permission as part of an order, there is however an extra charge for this service.

What are your usual product lead times?

For timber our lead times are roughly 10-12 weeks and 6-8 weeks for uPVC. All lead times start from us receiving signed paperwork confirming the order.

What are your payment terms?

A deposit amount of 50% is required prior to your technical survey. Roughly 3 weeks prior to your install date we require a stage payment of 40%, with the remaining 10% required after the installation has been completed.

Do you offer a supply only service?

Due to the guarantees on our products we only offer supply and install. We ensure all our products are fitted to the correct standard for the guarantees to be applicable.

Do you do repair windows?

We do not offer a repair service for timber windows, only replacements. In the past we have undertaken repairs but the cost was such that it was more cost effective in the long term for our clients to replace the windows instead.

Is there a standard size for entrance doors?

All of our products including entrance doors are bespoke and therefore we can make your door to your specific measurements. We do not have one standard size but there is however a maximum size.
